TeenyTinyStar will NOT sell, share, trade, give away or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information such as photos, names, phone numbers, addresses or email addresses to any third party for soliciting purposes. The information you provide is strictly used for internal business purposes to process your order.

We are committed to ensuring that all information you provide us with is strictly private and confidential!

Our website uses SHA-2 Hashing Algorithm with 2048-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Encryption, so your information is collated securely and stays protected. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

You can buy with confidence, knowing the information you enter on any secured page is protected.

Shipping Policy

We will ship within 2-5 business days from the time you placed your completed order provided the photo you sent is good. If not, we may need to request for a better photo which entails additional time. Please ensure you follow our guidelines in preparing a photo.

To get an estimate of the shipping cost, just add the items to your cart then click on “Estimate Shipping Rates”.

For DVDs and Music CDs, the shipping times depend on the destination and the shipping method you picked during checkout. Below are the estimated delivery times based on the specified shipping method.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are just estimates and not a guarantee because they are not entirely under our control.

Full shipping fees will be charged to re-deliver items returned due to an incorrect shipping address.

Return Policy

We make every effort to provide you with the highest quality. But since each order is personalized, mistakes can happen. If there’s an error in your personalized video due to our mistake, we would gladly fix, replace and send them for free. However, we will not be responsible if the are errors from your end (misspelled names or photos that are not good).

Due to the involved personalization of our products (excluding the music CDs), all sales are FINAL. We do not accept cancellations, modifications and refunds onced the order is placed. However, we would replace any defective DVDs. Any defect should be reported to us via email or through our Contact Us page within 10 business days of delivery. Defective DVDs should be returned to us before we send the replacement. There would be no charge for the replacement and the shipping.

For digital download orders, if you find any errors, also notify us within 10 business days via email or through our Contact Us page. No need to send us back your file, just make a detailed description on your message. Please specify what the error is and on what part. We’ll compare it to our backup copy which we keep for 30 days. We’ll upload and send you another copy if the error is on our side.

Taxes

Only DVD and music CD orders shipped to an address within California state are subject to sales tax.
Digital downloads are non-taxable.
